Furze DG has Eastern, Furzeland and Woburn blood on his sire Adonis side. His dam is Fraser bred. We DNA tested Furze DG to confirm his parentage and the results came back that he is a son of Adonis. Adonis was used as a back up stag as a spiker and Furze DG is a result of that season.

Furze DGs antlers are a similiar conformation to Adonis - multi pointed, huge throwbacks, thick timber and an exceptionally wide spread. He is a very impressive stag in antler with his fabulous spread, strong brow, bey & trez, multi pointed long tines and proud bearing.
At 7yrs old Furze DGs antlers scored SCI 475, had 31 points and weighed 13.80kg - marvellous statistics.
We are getting lots of favourable comments on Furze DG progeny. We used him extensively 2002 roar to put his "antler type" through our herd. He is early mating stag (we had fawns on the ground 6 Nov 2002 and 90% fawned by 20 Nov 2002) 96% hinds scanned in fawn.
In our eyes he is a magnificent Safari Stag and photos don't do him justice. He has all the attributes of a stunning trophy stag, wide spread, multi pointed, long tines. His final SCI score was 503.
